Knowledge Builder Pocket Money Game introduces Kids to money

Recognise coins and notes, see their value and learn to make change.

Aim of the game is to be the first player to save $50.00.

Each player starts the game with $5 - either as one note or coins to that value. To decide who plays first, roll the die. The player with the highest number goes first, moves their token that number of spaces on the board and completes the task on the space they landed. Players take turns to roll the die and move around the board. Each time a player passes START they collect another $5.00. If a player lands on a space and does not have enough money to pay, they must give whatever money they have to the bank, return to START and miss the next turn. The first player to save $50.00 wins.

2-4 players, age 5+
